I'm going to have to vent a little bit hear for two reasons. One I just used the microwave -- i mean who hasn't? I'll tell you who hasn't -- arthurlene the care-aid. My mother's a sick woman and this lady comes over to clean as a state service her disability qualifies for. Now the lady is real nice and a good worker, actually she is the third my mother has had. So anyway, she comes in today and I'm at the table playing The Complete Sims (11/10/05 the complete collection became available for $39.99 at Best Buy), a new version of the original EA classic, making marks as to which new things will be added to my collection this holiday season (including the black RAZR, a flat screen Emachine, a video camera with a 2" digitla screen) and Miss Arthurlene says she wants to warm up her meat and can I show her how to in the microwave. After a bit more of a convo I find out that this lady doesn't own one and doesn't trust them. She is comfortable enough just using an oven she says. I say well you can't like everything in life but those (ovens) are quite useful gadgets.
Here's what I'm getting at why is this an okay situation? Nothing can compete with the ignorance factor. By this, I mean, If you don't know what you're missing how could you ever really miss it? But should she be allowed to miss it? I felt as if I should jump in and offer other tutorials, like keyless entry versus a key, quills and ink versus a Sharpie, or a space heater versus logs and flame.

Location, Location, Location
Okay so I just left Boarders and of all people in the world, Marla Gibbs was there and one of the O-Jays, an ex-NFL star, a radio personality, an local news anchor, and an emegring singer. I had a cup of my customary large hot chocolate, reading a book I haven't paid for, getting all of its pertinent info into a MS Word file in the company of one of my newer acquaintances who queries 'where else could we be doing what we are doing right now?' I smiled and said 'Only any other wi-fi hot spot with a book/CD signing.'
See the thing might have been the goings on, to one on the surface but, it was more than that. This man I was sharing a leather coach with had just gotten home for an extended forced vacation of 8 years, 3weeks earlier. His brother, a very afluent member of society, got him everything one could want after such a vacation, money, wardrobe, chicks, resources, everything. They frequent the strip clubs and local bars with a nearly limitless amount of attention due to the brother's affluence. And this life was just not for him.
However, a few philosophical debates, yesterday, an early morning workout, a trip to the book store, and promise of a poetry dive next week denotes one of his best days spent since his return. See men do have redeeming qualities and more interest than chasing tail. -H.F.B.P.

NaNoWriMo - National Novel Writing Month
Hey if there are any idea people out there SHARE PLEASE. Today I signed up to write a novel by the end of the month. Daunting task, I know, but I am not worried. I love writing but I haven't the slightest about what I want to have as the over story. The under story will convey and anti-blind acceptance theme, or the minstrel show nature of music today. If You have an idea please suggest somthing with the comment link. Holla Front.
A Brief Intro to a Multifaceted Life
Hajimemashite to all. If you are not famlliar with the first word of my blog blame it on my awful approximation or the non-global nature of your country. Hajimemashite is the phrase nihon-jin (Japanese People) use when they meet someone for the first time. it is quite respectful and just rolls of the toungue, so I offer that to you.
Any who, I'm Books. That's right, the Friedrich Nietzsche uber nerd. I have decided to start developing my web persona right here on blogger. So everyone who encounters me on this level can have something to talk to me about, my own thoughts. In the coming posts you will read about everything that is, my thoughts on what that implys, and hopefully some other folks ideas too.
So to be brief, I shall say this: I am brilliant, and want to get to know others like me. Adieu.
